What products do you make?
We produce high-density woven labels, satin labels, printed and fabric labels, hang tags, thank you and business cards, custom stickers, brand packaging, woven patches, and engraved steel logo tags. Anything your clothing brand needs to look finished and premium, we make it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. Woven labels typically start at 500 pieces, while stickers, cards and packaging have lower minimums. Share your needs in a quote request and we will recommend the most cost-effective quantity for you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to clients across the globe and have experience exporting to fashion brands in many countries. Shipping is arranged per order based on your location and timeline.
How do I get a price?

Can I use my own logo and design?
Absolutely. Send us your logo or artwork and we will set it up for the right product. If you need help preparing files, we can guide you through it.
How long does an order take?
Production usually takes 7 to 14 working days depending on the product and quantity, plus shipping time. Rush options are available. We will confirm timing in your quote.
Do I need to pay before seeing anything?
No. Your digital proof is free and arrives within 24 hours of sharing your artwork. You only proceed to payment after you approve the design and accept the quote.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide with express couriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex). Most orders go to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the UK and USA — typically DDP, meaning duties are prepaid and there is nothing to pay at delivery.
Can I combine several products in one order?
Yes — most brands order a coordinated kit: woven labels + hang tags + seals + zipper bags. Everything is Pantone-matched and ships together as one consolidated parcel.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Report it within 7 days with photos. If we produced something materially different from your approved proof, we reprint the affected quantity or refund it — at no cost to you. See our Terms for full details.
Do you sign NDAs or keep designs confidential?
Your artwork is used only for your production. If you need your work excluded from our portfolio and photos, tell us in writing and we will exclude it.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships you receive the courier tracking number on WhatsApp. Production progress photos are shared before dispatch.
